  • Compromised email gave my key away to a hacker. How do I get it back?

      Someone (not me) sent a request to support to change the email my key was attached to. Please undo this, someone has stolen my account. I have no idea how they are accessing it since I changed all my passwords already but they are still sending support tickets as me???

      Please let me know if you need any other details to fix this, they are sending support email as me somehow. My email account is secure they are being sent through "zendesk" or something.

      Forum cannot help you. You need to send an email to support@thebuddyforum.com with complete proof that you are the owner of the key.
      If you cannot prove ownership, we cannot help you.
