      no firewall /antivirus enabled

      I live in Bulgaria, but playing in America and I bought HB in North America, maybe this is problem?

      try to flush your dns and also power cycle your router plz

      are you on a limited network or something?

      I live in EU, I bought HB key in North America, maybe this is problem? Change my key with EU.

      My internet connection is very good, firewall off, antivirus off, the problem is definitely not for me. See what the problem or return my money back to buy Europe HB key.

      As Tony said there is no US or EU key, they are all the same meaning you can use one key whereever you are. This must be another issue.

      Did you copy the key from buddyauth without spaces to your hb client?
      Please try to enter it manually in the HB field and try again.
