i play on a low pop server and have been botting for about 10 months with no problems never had any whispers or anything about me botting and was just wondering if that could be a reason for people getting banned because of all the player reports

High population server = SO many more eyes seeing you derping around like a bot. Even using a clean, "no stuck" profile, can give you away with the very subtle things it does. The good old, "left, right, up, down" thing the bot does to get unstuck is a dead give away if it happens to clip a mountain edge or tree.

Also high pop servers have a lot of "big" players on the AH that will spot you throwing up a lot of auctions, get pissed at you, then report you for under cutting them.

Low population servers have less chance of all the above happening.

cross server questing and shit makes you vissible anywhere.

so moving to a low pop realm to bot has no real use no more.

      they said:
Well the important think is when its released. They don't say they won't use later. And they say they spilt the zones with to much people to seperate them.
So well I won't be sure they use cross realm zones already to hide how many people have left playing wow.
And they have already said they work on a real wide auction house.

maybe. Do we know it? As far as I know it isn't enabled yet, but blizz could enable it anytime. Also there are some raremob hunters which uses friends on low pop realm to "kill" the raremob on their realm. What I want to say, would you recommend someone to move to a low pop realm? You don't know how long you would be alone. They could enable it any time so would you pay money for it?

And they may not have used CRZ to merge realms but they have used it to split high pop areas. So are you sure the advantage of a low pop realm is still high enough?

Maybe we should use the same method to farm on realms with lower population and sell it on high pop realms ;-)
