      Hi all,

I'm thinking of creating a new account under the same b'net acc as the one that was caught in December banwave because of the BoA gear will allow me to level up faster.

However, I'm a bit concerned that this will increase the risk of getting noticed by Blizz therefore getting banned again within short amount of time?

Also, does Blizz use payment methods and details as well to flag them when previous botter comes back?

Just want to hear your experiences and thoughts.

      Thanks.

      Regards,
      JG

Won't raise the chances of anything. They treat each account individually regardless of bnet. You'll lose it eventually anyways as per blizzards newfound mission and detection methods vs bosslands arrogance and refusal to change with the times. Devs cost money - true story.

Anyhow, buying a new account justifies blizzards actions for them. I know most don't understand this or care about themselves much more than the big picture. Won't press "that" issue. What I will suggest is that if you continue to bot - please do it with a suicide mindset. Play the game as the casual moba it's become and not with an mmorpg mindsets because you WILL be banned again. If I had to guess - before legion. Again after its launch too.

Sorry to pee in your Cheerios but to reiterate, using the same bnet to save heritages/mounts etc is perfectly safe.

I ran 8 accounts for 10 years under the same bnet and payment and on the same pc with not a single ban. Course lost all 8 since 5/13 but that's another matter entirely.

I concur they do treat it like a seperate account. Blizz 100% DO link payment methods even under different battlenet accounts, I have experience of this 1st hand to prove that fact.(paypal chargeback and they ban that account and another with no relation whatsoever except payment method....though I did win all my chagebacks :p)
So use the BOA gear no EXTRA risks.
