Death Knights as farmers

A lot of people talk about how death knights are one of the best farming classes and I've been turning this over in my head and I have a few questions;

In the beginning of the DK scenario, you have a bunch of starting quests you got to do and such. Since it's not possible to bot these quests, are they really needed? Can the DK be summoned out of the start area before the quests are complete or do they actually have to be completed?

Anyone know?

 

yes u have to complete the starting quest and no the dk cant be summoned out of the starting area before he has done them would be awsome if u didnt need to do them

On the other Hand it only takes you 2,5 -3 Hours to complete them by Hand and you have a nice char to start in Outland.

 

Ive leveled so many DKs I can do it in 45 min.

 

damm thats fast my fastest is about 1h20min when I hand in the last quest in SW/OG

 

wow 45 mins lol, i have dk and a warrior, works out well.
