I just ate an 11 o'clock breakfast. 4 large eggs, scrambled. 150g tick slice bacon. 1 liter of low fat milk. 6 pieces of Swedish style "knackebrod" super high in fiber and a mug of coffee. Served along side of episode 8 of better call saul. I think it's somwhere in the 1200-1400 calorie region. I'll eat a small meal before I go to bed. It's my take on calorie counting.
