Devs: You MUST get rid of forced aquatic / flight form for druids.

I understand this "feature" sounds great in theory, but it's a NIGHTMARE in practice and is making the bot impossible to use on a druid for GB2. I'm guessing that's mostly due to ALL druid CCs being either not updated in a year and bugged to hell (FPSware, Durid), or designed for lazyraider and barely functioning in questing / gathering situations (I Love Animals, Singular).

1) Vash'jir & Aquatic Form: THIS PLAIN DOESN'T WORK. The same profiles that are 100% reliable on my DK with abyssal horse are useless on my druid. within an hour he's end up at the surface, go to flightform, and stay there forever bouncing on the water surface. before that there are also the same combat problems found as in flight form described next

2) flightform and fighting mobs (this also applies to aquatic form): if the druid pulls a mob while going to a node, OR gets stuck on some tiny branch while in combat, HE WILL BUG OUT LIKE THAT TILL DEATH. Druid will spazz out and run back and forth 10 yards from mob to node and back again, or just stay stuck. all the time he's getting beat on, but WILL NOT SHIFT OUT of flight / aquatic to cat and fight. if I shift him to cat manually everything is fine, he kills the mob and continues. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN WITH REGULAR MOUNTS, druid is able to dismount and fight. this happens in all CCs that work for feral.

So please for the love of god let us choose to use regular mounts if we want to for druids. I don't give a crap that it loses 1.5 sec to mount or has to dismount for herbing. Flight and aquatic form for questing and gathering with the available druid CCs DOES. NOT. WORK.

You are doing something wrong then.
I use ILoveanimals CC on my (feral)druid for herbing/mining and it works perfect. Since the latest version of honorbuddy, my druid farms EVEN FASTER than before.
From what I can see, you are having problems with your CC.
GB2 works just fine with druid flight form.
Obviously you have some settings somewhere jacked up or something.
Next time please post a log so we can determine where your problem(s) are arising from.

nevermind. ill just level another DK it'll be simpler. the whole "upload logs" thing on the support forum seems to be the equivalent of "delete Interface and WTF folders" bullshit with WoW support. the fact that the common answer to the NUMEROUS posts about this i see through search is "use FPSware" just says it all. Hey dear devs: ALL FPSWARE CCs ARE DEAD. they aren't updated. they are bugged. stop telling people to use them.

I just had a simple suggestion: 9 classes get TO INPUT THE MOUNT THEY WANT TO USE. don't take that ability away from druids. I %^$$^%ing assure you that in Vash'jr the GB2 profiles hit the surface and stay there forever since flightform doesnt submerge, and that various druid CCs do NOT swtich out of flight / aquatic form when in combat.

LOG: vashjir aquatic form profile ends up on water surface around 6:05, goes to flight form and would stay there forever except i manually cancelled flight and got it underwater at 6:11, and it could continue. this CANNOT happen in mounts, since at least they are able to submerge unlike flight form that bounces on water forever.

 

@OP - if all CC's are broken, then I suggest you make on yourself

P.S. FPS and singular work fine for me!
