I was running DungeonBuddy last night and I always watch my account at all times. I was very tired last night and guess what, I fell asleep. When I woke up, the first line in my "instance chat" was "report him" and no one spoke of banning (or anything related to bots) after that. Now, the worrying part is that I was in Org before I fell asleep and when I woke up, I was in a random Outland zone. That is what worries me a lot. Now, who thinks I'm safe and who thinks I'll be leaving the game for good soon? I've had this acct for 10 years lol PS: I can't see the chat log in the log files, does HB log all the chat?
BGBuddy and Dungeonbuddy are two of the best ways to get banned ATM, you may get away with it for a little while but the bots are so obviously bots that it doesn't last long. The whole finding yourself in an Outland zone is definitely not a good sign, that sounds like GM test to me, can't imagine why else you would be there if you were in Org previously. So yeah I would say stop botting for a couple weeks and see what happens, of course it may be too late for your acc anyway.
You mean you were playing a dungeon your self you fell asleep you woke up with a dead battery in your mouse which you suspect may have forced your toon to auto run during that time you were asleep, then you found your self in outland and you are now worried that you may have been hacked ;P Bullshit all the way mate your safe as long as you have a decent story that does add up.
