As per title, I've been looking around for a lazy-raider style rotation to use while BW is down. There's a couple of AHK/AutoIT scripts out but they are difficult to set up and limited in functionality. The only other 'bot' program i've come across is MMOViper, but I'm hesitant to look into it as it's $30 USD up front, with supposed 24hr refund policy, but I cannot find any comments on it in the last 3 years (relating to SWTOR). And before anyone pipes up with "just play by hand", that's not an option for me. Cheers to anyone that can help.
Hello! I do not have a solution for this, sadly.. But Im curious about how playing by hand is not an option here for you Cheers // Kabeewm
Maybe macro setup on keyboard? i have a logitech for instance, where you can create macros... Maybe thats an option? Just dump all keys in order and press the macro?
As Cryo suggested is probably the best way to go at this stage. For instance I use a Razor gaming mouse and KB and have mapped my abilities and buffs to different keys on these, and then created macros. Only have to push one button for buffing self or others, healing self or others including targeting, following others or rotations, etc. You can google how to use macros and how to record your rotations etc to create macros. Really easy.
I have made a few rotation bots but off of bmp scanning, I have seen a few done from memory hooking but they will be in the same sauce as BW as I think all the mem locations changed this patch. I have used mmoviper for swtor and its not a bad program for afk but compared to bw the rotation is exceptionally slow and can get you killed. Best suggestion from me would be to think up a good way to setup some manual macros like everyone else suggested.
the razor naga mouse is the best programmable solution for rotation assistance. google razor naga, or mad catz s.t.r.i.k.e.7 keyboard. that keyboard is devastation incarnate. but if you run an org/guild or whatever it is heaven. friggen thing has a touch screen menu that lets you run voice chat and other programs with out having to alt tab to see them. I use the strike 7 for running raids and ops, but rely on the naga for solo and story mode.
the software is the bomb. you can program each key to do a rotation and make it repeatable until you press the key again. the fact that you can run an emergency heal rotation has saved my ass to many times to count. I even have a key press for after a duel where it launches a party bomb a party Jawa and sets off fireworks. AKA. the clown key
