Hey guys. So an account of mine has recently been banned for 6 months and I got an additional mail with the following content: "Action: World of Warcraft Arena Disqualification Violation: Exploitive account sharing One or more of your World of Warcraft characters have been disqualified from arena participation and rewards following ..." My question now is: What does that mean? What have I exactly been disqualified from? I don't understand if I'm only disqualified from using the Tournament-Server (and participating at Blizzcon), or if I also can't participate in BG's, RBG's and Arena anymore? Will I still be getting regular gear from PvP content, or am I completely locked out from PVP now? Does anyone have any experience with this whatsoever? I've been trying to Google this for four hours so far and I got zero information. Help is really appreciated! Thank you.
No, I didn't. That's not the issue here. I'm not complaining about the ban. What I don't understand is what the consequences are. They're saying I am disqualified from "arena participation and rewards"... What does that mean exactly? What happens once I get my account back? I just don't understand if I'm disqualified from arena tournament servers, or if I'm also not allowed to do regular PVP anymore after the ban is over.
Most likely that if you were in the rating ranges to receive titles such as gladiator and the like, you will not.
Yep, you are not locked out of anything. You're just disqualified from receiving end-season rewards (like gladiator title and rival title, as well as gladiator mount). Of course this is only true for this current season, next season you can earn those rewards again. That's it.
