    • Does blizzard prefer developing for Horde ?

      I have an equal number of alliance and horde characters, I like playing both sides equally. Having run through the Worgen and Goblin starting areas several times, it's quite apparent that the goblin quests are a lot more fun and well developed compared to the worgen quests. A lot of the worgen quests are still "kill 10 of these" type quests where as the goblin quests are a lot more interactive and fun.

      Do you think Blizzard prefer developing horde based quests / areas ?

      the ally area is *extremely* bland 1-80. At least for EK.

      Most of the quests are Kill / Collect / Talk to someone / UseItem on something. The only 'fun' quests are stuff like the baby raptor in STV (a cute little baby raptor follows you around). And and Canyon Ettin control quest in Redridge. That's about it. There is a fun quest in badlands where 3 npc's talk about their confrontation with deathwing, but I can't script that atm.

      Some of the orc quests in badlands are OK, but nothing super special.

      I haven't gotten around to messing with Worgen yet. it's on my *huge* list of stuff to do

      Horde is just more awesome, so yeah. Blizz preferes to develope for horde I guess:p:p:p

      goblin quest zone were done first before worgen that might have something to do with it. (beta tester) i agree the goblin starting era is much funner.

      I found the Goblin area extremely boring - sure, some of the quests are pretty cool, but there is a HUGE amount of wasted time, just walking around between the questgivers - and without a mount, that becomes very boring. I haven't had a chance to try out the Worgen area yet, so I can't comment on that.

      They are both good and bad. Worgen.. you feel like your leveling super fast.. while the Goblin seems more interactive and takes a little longer.. but they both are about the same from 1 to 10 (if you skip all cinematics). GOblins are a colorful race in comparison to the Worgen thats why they seem so much different from each other... and rightfully so when looking at their backgrounds.

      THe real reason you feel that horde gets more attention cause its more eventful is because you are not a part of the Darkside.. and realize how much better Horde is over the Alliance so sit back, grab some cookies and enjoy :D
