      As the title says, Someone asked me about it today and i actually had no clue if it does.. So does it?

      You would have to run VMWare or bootcamp Windows since HB is largely written in C# and it's not available on Macs. You also need DirectX and .Net Framework which doesn't work on MacOSX as well.
