Doubts about the Battle.net app

Guys, I know it is a silly question, but could not find the answer by searching here in the forum. I always had a "walk behind" with this Battle.net App

I wonder if he can use the will using Honorbuddy, or if I better uninstall Battle.net App.
Is there any way to detect Honorbuddy within the Battle.net App, or can I use the app without issue ?

Ps. I'm using VMWare with Windows 7 32bit installed and the Bridge network with a wireless adapter plugged into another internet.
