      E大,我最近要求refund,但是有点奇怪,我之前先用我yahoo邮箱给HB发邮件(support@thebuddyforum.com)很快得到回复,但是由于我购买时并不是用这个邮箱所以无法refund

      之后我用我的163邮箱发送refund请求,从13号到今天一共3封都没有收到回信,甚至连自动回复都没有(我yahoo发送之后会很快收到一个自动回复邮件说明我的要求已被接受),我想问一下E大,这属于什么情况。

      你可以将客服邮箱加入白名单看是否可以收到回复,很有可能是163将客服邮箱屏蔽了
      如果屏蔽了你用你雅虎邮箱联系客服,看需要什么方法验证你的163邮箱然后再继续下一步的refund

      好的,谢谢E大,不过比较奇怪的是之前我收到key的时候什么都很顺利,163邮箱应该不会屏蔽,不过我还是用我的雅虎邮箱给客

      服发了邮件,说明了情况,看能不能用这个雅虎邮箱代替163邮箱进行refund请求。不过因为这样时间就耽搁了不少,也超出了7天

      return的期限,不知道会不会有影响。

      你买key发送的是buddyauth发送的,跟售后客服邮箱不一样的域名,163屏蔽的是售后的邮箱
