Eclipse - Shadow Bot (RAF/Assist/DedicatedHealer) Summary: Eclipse - Shadow Bot: I have added a 1 day trial to this bot. Features: Bot follows at a configurable distance. Bot will join combat or not (configurable)" Bot will loot (configurable). Bot will pick up quests that are within its follow range. (Configurable) Bot will Ignore attackers. (Configurable) Bot will use your configured CC to fight/heal. Bot has a LEADER mode so that if you are hand playing one character you can set it as a leader to communicate with the other bots. Followers will mount automatically if they CAN mount and leader is mounted. Leader can communicate position and Rally all followers to it's location. Leader can force disconnect clients. This botbase WILL pickup and turn-in quests. - if your playing the lead by hand or are in a dungeon. It will get behind in HB questing mode. Will use Nagrand Talbuk and Wolf mounts if you use this plugin - https://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/plugins/movement/192122-plugin-talbuktu-nagrand-mount-helper.html?highlight=eclipse+talbuk CUSTOM COMMS! You can configure and send custom comms from your leader to your follower or vice versa. I.E. if you want your follower(s) to cast a spell you can select it from a drop down and say "send to clients". Flaws: If your leader not using "FollowByName" and your leader looses contact with your Follower (I.E. Cut-scenes, or Flight masters) you will have to click your "follow" button again. In order to automatically "Follow" someone you have to be inside the range limit of in game memory (100-300 yards i think) however If you have a leader you can use "ToMe" and the followers will all path to the leaders location. Sometimes if HB crashes or doesn't fire the close/stop mechanisms the background thread the server runs on will stay open and will need to be force closed on the task manager. In order to activate Singulars HEALING routine your follower MUST be marked as the HEALING role, and a dps/tank, etc. TO GET THE BOT TO HEAL YOU HAVE TO SET IT TO THE HEALER ROLE (SEE PICTURE) Here is a picture => View attachment 160233 Leader / Follower Configuration If you are using a Leader and both bots are running on the same computer you do not need to make ANY changes the server ip or port number. Only if you are running the bots on different computers would you need to change the IP and or Port number. The box that says "My Port" is auto populated and is only for informational purposes. Other than that thanks for using my BotBases and as always I welcome your feedback (especially your positive feedback). Changelog -- Ver 1.4 --- If leader is lost during regular gameplay the Client will message the leader to get his location and then do a force nav to the leaders location. The follower will now actively scan for the leader nearby before attempting to message teh leader directly. Fixed vendoring items by Removing problematic Vendor CoRoutine - it will now sell but not everything. Will now use your configured flying or ground mount. Will now use a ground mount or flying mount depending on what the leader is doing (i.e. flying). If no mount is configured in HB will now fall through to your first flying/ground mount. on Healbot mode will now force dismount before trying to heal. Added a dismount call in the Server Commands section. IF mounted while combat is started sometimes it will not dismount - on combat mounting is now forced (if leader isnt mounted) Download: Ver 1.0 Release - https://store.buddyauth.com/Product?productId=907
Hey, does this support following leader even while in combat? For example if u have 2 melee classes, 1 leader and 1 follower. Is it possible for the follower to stay ontop of the leader even while in combat? The reason I want this is so I can raid on 2 chars at the same time. Cheers
Yes set the follow distance low - like 2-5 and they will stay on top of the leader even during combat.
I have an earlier version that has been free out on the forums with almost 800 downloads in the last 2 versions. It obviously doesn't have all the features as the paid one, but its a good indicator of the platform.
Are there any limits on following a leader? For instance, will the botbase jump off a ledge to follow the leader? That would be pretty huge. And also, will it work with any combat routine?
thanks for the response, im leveling a hunter and pally with it right now... guess i will test these things
Yes it Will work with any combat routine. (it will also work with Nagrand Talbuk/Wolf mounts). It WILL try to path around when you jump off a cliff though - got me in trouble in a Cata dungeon when they walked around and pulled stuff - but i'd rather not have it get stuck on stuff than jump off cliffs - it might be a feature that i add in the future though.
How do you get auto mount to work, it just spams: "Eclipse=>Mounting Up!Eclipse=>Mounting Up! Eclipse=>Mounting Up! Eclipse=>Mounting Up! Eclipse=>Mounting Up! Eclipse=>Mounting Up! Eclipse=>Mounting Up!"
i ve got some problem. how can we setup port number. it s a bit complicated. pls need help some options
I have only seen this if the Follower CANT mount but you send it a force mount command. What circumstance did you see this happen in?
Port number is auto assigned when you connect to a leader. The LEADER's port number is not configurable at this time. So essentially unless your running lots of account on more than one PC you can ignore all the network configuration stuff - it will sort itself out.
I was just out side of crossroads, i was on my hunter about 50 yards away from my paladin. the paladin was trying to sell at a vendor but couldn't because the paladin had unsaleable items in his pack which sent the pally in to a never ending loop of trying to sell. I then hit the mount command and it stopped trying to sell but then wouldn't mount. the pally has his riding skill and a mount to use.
