   everytime I try and use HB I get an error message stating "There was an error authenticating your key with the server. Please try again later or use a different key. the key emailed to me The error message also says"max sessions" at bottom of box.

   add an exception in your firewall and your antivirus for HB
   
   also flush your DNS
