ESCUSES for missing RAIDS ?

So in the past 3 weeks I've never missed so many raid nights because BOT is always DOWN and world of Warcraft keeps patching every 4 days.

WHAT escuses do you guys give? My guild requires me to be 95%+ parses on every Boss I can't even come close to that manually.

This way a downtime does not matter in any way or harm your reputation.

 

main reason I use Honorbuddy to help me is that I have carpel tunnel, so playing manually is possible but very hard and strains my health :/

my guild gets butt hurt when i dont show up since i am the only holy pally in the guild that raids. as if holy pallies are that good anyways. im jsut sick of normal raiding when i have almost all heroics. they are so far behind

 

Holy pallies, when played right, are that good. Love them to pieces!

 

you're a healer. theres no reason why you shouldnt learn your class then. Its not like you're pvping and mashing your keyboard in. You're PvE. Learn the mechanics of the boss, learn when big heals are needed to be pop on your tanks. etc. carpel tunnel is a lame excuse to not learn your class especially if its a healer spec.

 

Im not a healer... Im a Unholy DK, and I play mythic were 6/10mythic, its hard mechanically. to mash everything and move etc... my dps decreases significantly.

 

meant the other guy. both of you have similar name so yeah but its your own fault for botting and making sure a commitment to your guild. You shouldnt rely on the HB so much when you know there will be downtime. Go learn your class is all we can say tbh.

 

You and every other botter has "carpel tunnel".....

 

The best thing you can do is get GnomeSequencer for when Honorbuddy is down if you are strictly reliant on something playing your class for you, it's nowhere near as good as honorbuddy but it'll get you by maybe 5k less hps and dps than you're used to, you can just blame lag or high ms if they ask you,, it essentially allows you to run multi line macros.

90% of wow players are aware of botting and combat routine botting especially raiding guilds who will notice that honorbuddy is down after a patch and oh hey this guy cant play for some reason, or when tripwire gets enabled and 5 people automatically disconnect from wow, they know lol.

 

I joined a weekend raiding guild. I do miss raiding on reset Tuesdays, but it is extremely rare for HB to be down for my raids.

 

It's amazing the percentage of HB users that are "disabled"

I guess there is always soapbox rotations. It seems to always be up, but I am sort of afraid of it.

 

lol @ people who need excuses to miss raids. And it's not even for being lazy to play, but because you can't play, as in... don't know how to play without a bot? seriously COME ON, why are you in that game in the first place then? Maybe I'm too stupid to get it.. apologies.

 

When I watch the routines do its thing, I can understand what's happening mostly because I know my class. I like the efficiency.

Should be easy enough to learn from it and practice on your downtime. I usually don't have a problem when I have to go "manual".

 

sounds like an excuse. by the way, you spelled excuse wrong in your first post. go back to playing outside during the downtime. kids need fresh air, right? some need a box with no holes. but anyways...

 

i have a disability called dyslexia so cant learn complex rotations without HB i couldnt play wow

 

And there are some of us like me that are truly disabled. Can you imagine trying to playing with both parkinsons and M.S.? Let me tell you it is not possible! I use HB because when I did play before this shit hit, I fell in love with the game. And I have dear friends who I will miss when the time comes for me to hang it all up. I guess the reason why I decided to repelay to this, is to let folks know not every person who says they are disabled are lying!
