im looking into building my own PC for under 400 bux or buying stuff to do an external graphic card for laptops. now i was wondering how good would the external graphics card be ? im not looking to get 100 fps on ultra settings id be fine with 30-40 fps with wow settings all the way down and in a 25m raid or in a busy city. do u think this would be possible with my budget or am i aiming too high lol for a budget build
