FATE Bot. Can it Fly?

Not at this time. You will need to use ExFateBot + EnableFlight (found within the ExBuddy plugin "suite") in order to fly while doing FATEs with Rebornbuddy.

But may I know where can I download the ExBuddy Suite mentioned?

I tried to go GitHub but it says 404 SVN unavailable.

 

You're likely trying to view the SVN Checkout URL in a browser. GitHub has different URLs for each purpose. Try using that URL in your SVN client (TortoiseSVN, SourceTree, etc.).
