Feature Request - Never Give Up, Never Surrender

Firstly, thank you for putting in the Concede feature. It is a welcomed addition. Also thanks for the 190 update, the bot has been considerably more stable.

However, the bot has taken an interesting turn of use since the Ranked Rewards have come out in the last 2 months. Prior to now it has just been 'do quests, get daily gold', with only a handful of us really caring about ranked climb. Now the forums are far more active, with a higher percentage of us actually looking to climb ranked.

As a result of this, can you please add a toggle to never concede / end turn and give up? It isn't about saving time to get into the next game for some of us. Now each loss (which may be preventable) is actually a set back to those trying to hit Rank 5+. We've all had multiple encounters each in which we look at the bot concede and think how stupid that was, and that the game was still clearly not over. If we can even avoid 2-3 losses per day, it will still add to the daily climb at the expense of only 10 to 15 minutes.

Please consider, because we all want both the bot to succeed, and also our own objectives.
