Not going to link shit, haven't been botting much for about 3 months but accidentally paid a subscription for an old account decided to bot Ghost Iron Ore in Jade Forest, High pop US server, banned about 90 minutes ago and my main account that I sent shit to is still unbanned. Point was, I don't really think I did anything "crazy" to get banned. I've been botting actively for about 5 years. I botted another account (in northrend farming ore) for about 3 days straight before I botted this account for under 24 hours, and took two breaks. It seems that if there is a "banwave" it appears to be most probably some sort of ingame GM activity like we saw in BC, most likely running some type of stats on MOP zones and battlegrounds to find or detect botters based on active time and what not. Speculative and somewhat random, my two cents. Good luck. And try old school ore for a bit.
