First Ban on 26/2/2014 - What can i do?

I receive the Message "This World of Warcraft account was closed and cant be used. Please visit blablabla"
In my Battle.Net Account it show "Banned".

What can i do? This is my first ban

7)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
7-8hours, some Days 0 hours

8)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
50%

9)How many auctions per day did you have?:
30-40

10)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?

11)Was your account involved in gold selling?

12)EU or US realm?
EU

13)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account?
An actual account i paid account

 

Don't use Gatherbuddy

 

Keep using GatherBuddy, but use private profiles.

 

Oh and appeal ofcourse! or get a new account

 

appeal hope for the best and they change it to 72hr then dont use HB anymore on a main account.

 

Yeah, Gatherbuddy is fine if you use private profiles.

Problem solved by telling them that i got hacked! Only got 72hrs ban now

 

What did you write to them exactly? I just got banned, too.
