US i made an apeal and submited it hello, so this afternoon i got home from school and started playing w.o.w. what i normaly do is farm for a few hours a day then log out. i enjoy farming ( gathering herbs/ore) because it allows me to roam around and explore pandaria and gather mats to sell/use, this is highly enjoyable for me because i can enjoy the vast landscape and cash in on the high prices on the mats and crafted items , so while i was doing this i was randomly dced. now this wasnt the surprise because im used to being dced due to theinternet or w/e, the surprise was when i tried to log back in and it said my account was baned/locked? so i hoped online and looked up what to do and read a few articles and decided to open a ticket. i will attempt to contact support via the phone but 80% of the time phone lines are full : / well thank you for taking you time to assist me and i hope we can come to a conclusion about this any feedback on what i should do?
Depends since you didnt specify if it were permanent or not. It is my opinion that it's best to ride out 72 hr bans, because there is a chance it will be upgraded to perm if you appeal.

ya same thing happend to me today, it was a good run, same profile. as the thread host. it was a good run... i guess, i appealed see what happens, no warnings suspensions or 72hrs ban every issued, strange they just chop us.
yea, i spent atleast 100$+ on that account : / but even if the prove i had a bot running i have a plan to counter it so only time will tell. ill keep you guys updated
from what I have read the best plan of action is deny deny deny deny if they cant prove it, then you should get your account back.. Ill let everyone know how my appeal goes if they ever answer it but I can imagine they have a lot of people appealing right now so itll be a while I am sure.
if it's your first ban you'll get it back. don't bot on main account you aren't prepared to lose if you are using gatherbuddy 10 hrs per day every day you WILL lose it eventually. nothing else has worked for me to prevent bans until I just stopped botting for more than 90 min at a time, up to a reasonable number of hour per day. just like a human would. if you have 2-3 accounts this works out fine, just fire up the next one when the previous is on a break
thanks for your tips guys, yea it isnt my main account, my main has over 600k, about a year of play time and has been active for 6 years so i dont want to risk that account lol. so my apeal was answered and here is the reply Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding the World of Warcraft account you are using. We understand your point of view and have thoroughly reviewed this issue. As a result, the account action has been removed from the account and all involved parties have been addressed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. so i got my account back if you wish to see my apeal just scroll up i posted it a bit ago.
