    • first time ban, account lock, liscence suspended. what do i do?

      I was using profession buddy on my druid to level leatherworking and skinning, and also gatherbuddy on my priest to get some quick cash from herbs and ores.
      got an email saying my account was banned...

      is there anything in particular I should say in the appeal?
