FishingBuddy: Warning and latency

Hello, there is a problem with FishingBuddy:
it sends warning like this:
FishingBuddy: Warning: It took 2091.3102377 seconds to pulse.
This can cause missed bites. To fix try disabling all plugins
All plugins are disable.
Another problem is Latency, FishingBuddy writes:
Latency to Buddy service: 55 ms
Latency to Buddy service: 54 ms
Latency to Buddy service: 50 ms
Latency to Buddy service: 50 ms
Latency to Buddy service: 50 ms

I've made clean install twice and nothing changes.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

 

Haven't used it in awhile but i seem to remember that was normal
