      Try the following, it helped me a lot:

      Before: General settings: Framelock enabled at 15 TPS, Singular setting: use Framelock true ---> my fps dropped down to 2-5 fps and wow stucked a lot

      Now: General settings: Framelock disabled, Singular setting: use Framelock false --> my fps is back to araound 180 and wow is running smooth

      There seems to be (for some?) a problem with Framelock (think since 1 or 2 HB updates)

      framelock should be always enabled

      Sure, but if I can run Hb then with only 3 fps instead of 180 it makes more sense to me to disable it.....

      Hi, Wikki74,

      As Tony indicates, turning framelock off has many very bad side-effects. You will see things go awry in other ways. Without framelock, it will take many seconds for Honorbuddy to make targeting decisions, getting unstuck, etc.

      Chances are you are using a mis-behaving third-party product that is causing the issue. This article may help isolate the problem:
