      So Ben, as this doesnt look like a automated email i wonder what will hapen when one of the blizz employees looking at these forums refers this post to Mr scot H, senior Game Master Nemixul.

      Its actually a real email lol but think what you want and if you read the other place i posted i left a specific p.s to blizzard if reading

      What makes you think Ben faked this email? His conclusions are the same as we have always had.
      Ben states, "They do not have to monitor you..." We knew that!
      Ben states, "People report you..." We knew that!
      My concern is that too many conclusions are drawn from this single email.
      Just because Blizzard "does not have to monitor you" that does not mean that they never monitor suspected botters.
      Just because Blizzard surveyed "mobs killed, time spent, etc." that does not mean this is the only way they decide to ban.
      The fact is, there are numerous GMs and all of them have the right to ban.
      It has been my experience that some servers have stricter rules than others due to:
      1) the GMs that work those servers
      2) the population of those servers (more people means more likely to be reported)

      I'd point out the numerous inconsistencies..but the alleged email has been removed.
