Just to let the site gods know that the forum search function is broken. Code: Database error The Gatherbuddy & Honorbuddy Forums database has encountered a problem. Please try the following: * Load the page again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser. * Open the www.buddyforum.de home page, then try to open another page. * Click the Back button to try another link. The www.buddyforum.de forum technical staff have been notified of the error, though you may contact them if the problem persists. We apologise for any inconvenience. Edit - Seems to be an intermittent problem, works for some searches and bombs out the DB on others.
I personally find the search function really bad even if it works. I use Google if you're looking for something like an Borean Tundra profile type this on Google: Borean Tundra site:buddyforum.de
Tony, not to sound rude - but the search option most definitely does NOT work as it should. I've also experienced the same problem as the OP, on many occasions - I usually just search google as well.
my guess would be this is caused by database overload ( ie, too many users browsing forum at once ) . I have also experienced this problem in the last day.
For instance - type the word "main" into the search bar. I get a database error on that every time. I can type other things and not return errors, such as .. "word".
