      I bought a lifetime key years ago, and it randomly became fraudulent for no reason. I havent even shared my key, every time I submit a support ticket it just gets deleted?

      Wired stuff.
      Same happenend to me after I bought a new yearly key and misstyped mailaddress.
      I did not receive the key, well the email was wrong :)
      Therefore I opened a ticket and a paypal case.

      Ticket was resolved soon and support recognized my typo.
      New key was added to my old account and all was fine, I was surprised about the fast and good support.

      I rather forget that I already bought a lifetime key years ago ( I stopped playing WOW for 3 years), which was no problem because I only bought an additionally yearly key :)
      After 4 days all keys were set to fraudulent and I received a paypal refund, but no answer in to the case.

      Surprise, what happened?
      Opened tickets... autoclosed

      Opened ticket with new mailadress:

      But what happens after that is wired.
      " We do not negotiate with fraudulent accounts"

      Mailadress is blocked in ticketsystem, too.

      Opened new tickets with different mailadresses...
      No response or block:

      So I asked Tony to help me, who told me to opened a new ticket which was also closed directly.

      This story goes on and on.
      Tried to pay on paypal at billing-support@g2s.com to solve the prob.
      Refund...

      Noone is willing to help.
      Tickets were closed, phone doesn't work

      Yesterday, after I tried another unblocked mail, I got response:
      "
      Greetings,
      since the paypal dispute was not closed by you we can not help you again .
      Best Regards
      "

      Oh yes, I forgot to close the paypal case and I misstyped my email address.
      Shame on me, poor criminal fraudulent customer...
      You did a mistake and you will pay for it. No excuse

      And so my lifetime account for 10 years for 65 Euros which is now blocked for this reason.
      Without a refund..

      All my email adresses are blocked for support but are allowed to buy new keys ;)

      Seams to be a good business to kill all lifetime keys.
      I am really sad about this, because right now it looks to me that BOSSLAND is doing fraudulent stuff.
      Never seen a company with such a poor customer communication.
      Special thanks to Tony, who tried his best, but couldn't solve this problem.

      Well, i bought 2 lifetime keys in 2012, still works like a charm, highly doubt they will "kill" all lifetime keys.

      Good for you...
      But does not solve the problem regarding customer communication :)

      Mine were working like a charm, too some years ago.

      I only did a mistake with the misstyped mailadress when I bought the second key, which gets me punished.
      So what do you think is the reason to act like this.

      there are no issues regarding customer communication

      you got marked as fraud and you got marked as fraud not from us but from G2S,nothing we can do about it

      I had communication to G2S and tried to refund, too:
      Answer from G2S:
      "Hello,
      Gate2Shop (G2S) is the payment facilitator of Honorbuddy the Bot for World of Warcraft
      Please be advised that your recent payment for the amount of xxxx EUR has been cancelled
      You should be able to see the refund on your PayPal.
      For more information and assistance, you should communicate with Honorbuddy.com’s representatives directly.

      You can reach them at support@thebuddyforum.com. "

      What i did, HB response:
      "Greetings,

      And that's the problem.
      There would be a lot of possibilities to support in such cases, because there is always a way to help.

      Not willing to find a solution is what makes me think, there are issues regarding communication to customer.
      Hiding behind tickets and blocking mail adresses.

      This is a really poor service quality, in my opinion.

      Tony, any suggestions on how to deal with this issue? I have absolutely no idea why I would have been marked as fraudulent by G2S I haven't even done business with them?

      i am afraid we cant do much on this mate

      your acc is marked as fraud and its something that our payment portal denies to change

      we tried to change it but its not possible,sorry
