Fresh install saying im using different version of wow, wow is updated

I did a fresh install after using control panel to uninstall old version that wouldn't update on its own. I get Honorbuddy update required
This honorbuddy version only supports wow build 22747 and you are on wow build 22810.

So I guess my question would be is honorbuddy down? I'm not a newb and have done fresh installs a lot over the past couple years and I'm absolutely confused at this point. Any help would be appreciated.
