Have tried the following: Cleared caches for wow and HB Uninstalled and installed HB Removed all data folders and cache and reg settings for HB and reinstalled HB Disabled Antivirus/Enabled Antivirus Tried DX9/11 Tried various combinations of the above Have created new windows admin user profile and tried again Have created Win 7 VM and installed all fresh items, same issue. Disabled every buddy store stream i dont need except one bot and one CR - TuanHA DK and Enyo I am having a wild guess that its something to do with the communication between my HB/PC to your servers. Any information or further steps would be appreciated, this issue seems to have appeared since the update or when the servers crashed or whatever. Have tried with wow 32 as admin and running as normal - HB is always run as admin but have tried not admin just to check still issue persists After some hours of troubleshooting i can now reach this point: [13:47:58.102 D] Activity: Checking for Buddy Store products. This may take a while But then HB becomes unresponsive (Not Responding) - i only have tuanha dk enabled and Enyo in the store. NOTE: This seems to be happening every night AEST 7:00-730pm to 11pm-12AM
Suddenly it works again, started the bot with 0 products, started adding some and still working even tho i did the reverse for testing. How come it works now with the same products when it was not working 4-5 hours each night it seems?

Now when i go to load the bot it freezes again. Can you maybe have a look at logs as to why my key is doing this?

So my conclusion is i am losing connection to or being blocked by the auth server each night around the same time for x amount of hours the key is registered under the username 2spesh4u if you want to check the auth server logs as to why it kicks me off every night. I have tried once more with all the above trouble shooting steps however all tcp stats/routing shows im not getting any response from ns431529.ip-37-187-151.eu

So disabled network adapter and usb tethered my mobile phone for direct connection to a different provider with a different network and same result so this rules out the connection on my end.

I answered all that in my first post and troubleshoot that in subsequent posts. It is not my connection nor is it anything on my end as it goes up all day then down as stated in my previous posts, you can also see the previous threads created all around the same time it goes down and starts to come back. I tried mobile data and i tried NBN data (T5 Fibre connection). If you see my logs it is always changing depending.
Here new log for you, stayed awake to 1am just to show you how after midnight the logs change. Nothing on my end changes, and you have asked me about anti virus firewall etc before. Check your logs on the auth server, i have given you more information and tested tried various combinations to give you as much information as possible. New logs for you, i have changed nothing now and you see how its different??

Mate, look at every other log i posted. Check the auth logs. Do something to isolate this issue as again the bot is down for me, same time every night! Here, new log and since the error one previously i have changed nothing yet its been running fine for the last 12 hours. Ive been using HB for 5 years+ and this is the only time ive had issues and asked for assistance, even when you asked me to buy a second key because you couldn't find the purchase/email when this username was a "Lifetimer" and i didn't complain. I have gone above and beyond providing you information and troubleshooting on my own accord to assist you with this issue as other users are experiencing similar yet you come back without acknowledging any previous information. Maybe you could show me the same support i have shown you for 5 years without question. Edit: More logs for you not to look at, how about you post me a log of what my ip & Key events are showing on the auth server
the first 2 of your 3 last log files showing a startup issue that gets fixed like this remove: - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile - microsoft .net framework 4 extended - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable restart your pc, download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip run them as administrator. after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++ restart the third one shows an issue with one of your store products that means that one of your products is outdated and Hb wont proceed further disable store streaming and enable your products one by one and check which one is the problematic
The first 2 of the logs that show the startup issue magically fixed themselves 17 hours ago. You see the newer logs i posted? no issues starting - it ran for 12 hours no problems then as ive stated in previous posts around the same time every night it goes down beause your auth server shits itself or blacklists my key or something. The only streaming product i have turned on is Kicks. If you bothered to read my posts and my troubleshooting and looked at my store products you would see this. For shits and giggles i have followed all your instructions anyway, rebooted, disabled every product. Ill post a log shortly
and another as i tried again just incase it was bad luck interesting how while its hanging it tells me no sessions so its either stuck at auth or stuck at store with 0 products enabled based on the information you have provided so far
