Hey guys, like 3 month ago I got banned by using Gatherbuddy and a vale of the four winds profile for less then 5min. Additionatly I did use ARelog and I saw my Bot got 3 Disconnects in a row and immidiatly tried to relog, maybe another reason of the ban I?m not sure. ATM I use the bot for grinding reputations, mounts, lvling, pvp but not herbing & mining.... My question now, do you guys use Gatherbuddy for Mining and Herbing atm? I know actually everything about the bot, how to bot, how to not get banned. I just quit botting for business 1 year ago and need some Gold for my private usage atm. So please dont tell me anything like "dont bot 24/7" "try not to use public profiles" bla bla
i mine/herb maybe 2 times a week for 8 hours each on a private pandaria-encompassing profile. i use logmeout, gathersafe, and avoidplayers. i've been doing this for the past year and haven't been touched, even though playerreportsdetecter sometimes has me targetted 15 times a session (that many targets is rare though)
I use Gatherbuddy on my main account to farm herbs, and been using it for about a month now with no issues. I know that it is a risk to use my main account to bot. But i only but once or twice a week for 2-3 hrs or until bags are full. So in regards to your question Yeah Gatherbuddy should be safe to use if your not over running the bots. Be smart when using it.
I?m just scared, last time I used it, i got instantly within 5mins after turning the bot on banned. Like i said, i know how to use the bot. Last time i didnt even had a chance :O
