I recently just got a new alienware and have been trying for the past few days to get both gather and honorbuddy to install.

When I first tried to download Networks 3.5 I continously got errors until I realized that it came with networks 4.0 preinstalled. I ran the install that attempts to fix networks, etc. I'm not sure if this has something to do with my error.

After I unzip Gatherbuddy Standard and attempt to run it, I get this error in the gatherbuddy box:

      Init: System.NullReferenceException:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
      at ..()
      at ..(Int32 processid)
      Cannot start - reinstall Gatherbuddy.

Can someone please help it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the response Tony. When I tried to open as admin, the GB DID attach, however I got a wow error immediately after. This happens every time. I tried to clear cache and still happening.

However, when i try to click on the wow icon and load through the updater, wow never opens. So i open wow by going to program files and clicking "wow" in the file. Does this have something to do with it? I'm not sure why it isnt opening on its own.

That can be due to an AntiVirus program that launcher doesn't open

Do you start both WoW and GB as admin?
