I have yet to get Gathering skills. Don't even know how yet. But when I do I have read that Public Routes are pretty much me putting a sign on my forehead saying BAN ME! I am going to learn how to make custom routes for GB but I want to know if I use Public routes from like lvl 1-200 or so... do you think I'd get ban or Is it more of the high 500+ routes that are watched most? Orrrr am I way wrong? I Only plan on Gathering 2-3 hrs a day.. Don't really care to sell gold.. I just want enough to be content.
Leveling and farming are in two different categories even when it comes to public profiles. I never had any issue with leveling two gathering profiles at the same time, but don't count on public MoP gathering profiles being too secure, if at all. With a private profile and 2-3 hours a day then you shouldn't have too much to worry about, but nobody can promise this.
After lvl 23 does it really take a hr or longer to start lvling with Kick's Profile? I was thinking it wouldn't slow down till about 32 or so.
I don't remember it being that slow, but cannot recall, honestly. The problematic areas for me have always been 50-55 (Alliance) and LK 70-78 (neutral). I try to grind/archaeology or whatever to skip questing at these levels in those areas. I also never started leveling professions until I had artisan riding or at least expert as it was too slow and cumbersome. If the bot could only gather until the level of profession was reached for your level bracket then continue questing, I would have thought otherwise. You don't want the bot gathering while leveling then going to AH/vendor to sell herbs and waste even more time. If there's no NPC dialogue loops, crashes then you should experience a quick leveling experience with/without guild perks, but those and heirlooms are advised as less quests = less issues.
Yeah i'm in a quest right now where my guy has died like 7 times straight. Im about to just Abandon that quest. idk why he's playing so stupid on this quest. I mite grind for a lvl or 2.
I have been using lbniese leveling profiles and it works just fine, i leveled 4 druids with them http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...herbalism-mining-lbniese-fully-automated.html
Smartest thing to do would just use them all with Gatherbro. That way it doesn't matter if you are leveling, or farming, no risk of being banned. (Well of course there is a risk, but significantly reduced)

Hi, Ludijak559, GB2 does not "shuffle the order waypoints are visited". The randomization built into GB2 is to add a changing offset to each waypoint every time the waypoint is visited. This offset is 5-20 yards in any direction in the horizontal plane. The most recent GB2 allows you to scale this randomized value. With a scale of '2', the 5-20 yards is now 10-40. With 3, it is 15-60, and so forth. You can get very creative with the scale and the number of waypoints to visit. In short, we believe appropriate choices for these values will also defeat LCP-detection (if indeed that is the algorithm using on the WoWserver). cheers, chinajade
Forgot about these profiles. Very good stuff. GatherBro is currently throwing exceptions for me and the can't get the SVN to download without access denied, yet there's no prompt for username and password.
Hi, Boomer_rich and Ginuwine12, This is a known bug, and I believe its already been repaired for the next drop. As a work-around, you might try Close Honorbuddy Hunt down the appropriate settings file, and edit it to your desire Relaunch Honorbuddy I have not checked out this procedure personally, its just an idea. If it doesn't work, you'll just have to grin and bear it until the next drop. We're still in "Test" releases, so there is another coming (but don't know how soon).
