Have some general questions about BuddyWing and SWTOR. Haven't played since the games first release, quit after a couple months once I got level capped, bored. I want to get back into SWTOR until WoD is released, and thinking about buying BuddyWing. Do the botbases and combat routines in buddywing work as well as they do for HonnorBuddy in WoW? Such as using Enyo/Lazyraider with a good combat routine. I control the movement, and let the bot do my healing rotation? Looking for something similar for flashpoints and operations, let buddywing do my rotation. I should still have a republic healing sage, and would like to jump back onto that. I see the cr forum has a few routines that say they support the sage class. Are the rotations and healing output good enough for gearing up in FPs and OPs? Thanks
I'd say the combat routines are pretty good. Joe's is great throughout and Pure works well for end-game. I write for Pure, and I think most of the routines work great for Flashpoints and OPs. I've never tried healing an OP, but the bot can heal FPs no problem. That being said, this bot is nowhere near Honorbuddy. It is on maintenance-mode support, and only gets update with offsets for a new patch. There are very few profiles, and the 1-50 stuff is frustratingly buggy. Some planets aren't even meshed. Overall, if you want to use this bot to do rotations ala Tyrael/Enyo/Lazyraider, it works awesome. If you want to use it for leveling up or making cash, you need to be able to write your own profiles.
