Anyone else get the shaft from BW? Subbed for all viable months, received no rewards and no early access as well as no free level 60. Quite f**king choked at them needless to say
There is a patch 4.0a since yesterday. Try that one, as there where troubles with not everyone getting whats needed.
Unfortunately for me, that patch didn't change anything. Just really sucks when you stay subbed because you want that early access and don't get it. By the time they get around to my ticket.. early access will be over. ;/
You are not alone in this, seen the chat go bananas about this topic, sadly.. Works fine for me and my mates tho. But Im sure most of this issue is user based, as in missed a sub-date.
The only thing I can see as a possible issue in my case, is that, I was monthly subbed until June to the end of August. Then I chose to get a 60 day pre-paid card. However, that shouldn't excluded me from receiving the rewards. And I was/have been subbed without any f2p days in between the monthly to pre-paid.
in my ticket i would say "since you have robbed me of play time i cannot get back i think you should compensate me in the form of cartel coins" say 100 per day you missed of the early release.
So they are trying to claim that I didn't have an active subscription on all those dates, hence why I didn't qualify for the early access. I had to dig through my payment history, and I was indeed subscribed since July 27th 2015 - until now. However, because I used a pre-paid 60 day game card, there isn't any invoice in my payment history. Wtf is that shit? I still have an active subscription.. by default, that game time has to come from somewhere.
