So about 5 hours ago I deposited a good amount of gold on my GBank using the Guild Leader, now I needed a few and when I logged in to get gold it doesn't have any gold. When I search the logs it doesn't say anything the last message is blablablablablaba deposited xxxxx gold which was the ammount I deposited. Seriously wtf?!
I would demand it back, as they wouldn't investigate any further, its more human like to want the gold that you earned, not just have it dissapear, honestly, if you got that gold without a bot, youd be pissed if you lost it for no reason.
It happens to gbanks that they flag. They'll get the gold taken out once a day. Just disband the guild and form a new one. Problem solved.
blizzard doesnt track things like when you leave guilds or it would be posted in some way via API to wowarmory. wowprogess tracks it via-their own searches of wowarmory
Just FYI, Blizz's responce will be that they have no record of anyone else logging into your account or any of your items/gold missing, so don't get your hopes up about getting it back. however one way to help prevent all your money going poof is by sending gold to a mule alt(same account) via in-game mail and leaving it. when they delete gold from your account and/or guild, they only delete what's in it/on your char. not in your mail box. I've found they start to delete at aroudn 30-45k, so once you get 30k just mail it to an alt(SAME ACCOUNT!)
Personally... i'll just let it pass and create new guildbanks =/ I, for one am a gold seller. A simple investigation could provide them with enough proof that i'am. And they don't usually just "delete" the gold from guild banks randomly. There has to be a reason for that. whether it's "flagging" the accounts they "suspect" or crippling the farmers. So imo, asking them where my gold went, would increase my risk. But well...who knows... it's blizzard x.x
Are you trying to tell us that once you hit 30-45K gold Blizzard will just go ahead and delete gold from your guild bank? I have *3* guild banks both with over 50k gold, and 1 build bank with over 200k. I have never once had gold "deleted". The one and only time I had gold disappear from my guild bank I reported it, and they recovered it.
A normal, legitimate player wouldn't just sit by as their gold gets wiped.. They'd be freaking out about it, you doing nothing furthers their suspicions I'm sure.
The thing is,why would they do such thing to a normal player? It had to be somewhat "automated", as i know a couple more people having the same thing happening in the same day i had mine. And it's not "mac address" or whatever other way people think blizzard would use as i got 7 out of 8 account with this happening . All on the same machine/internet connection. And well.. from other people's experience (the ones who encountered this before). It's normally "safe" after creating new guilds. To me, it's better to be safe than sorry. Why risk it?
No player, legitimate or otherwise, should automatically have gold deleted once you hit X gold. I know plenty of legitimate players with over 100K and I know a couple with over 500k. To think that there is an automated process that deletes gold once you hit X amount is absurd.
I "Think" that the limit thing is only applicable after the first deletion. Hence, why people reference to the affected gbank as a "flagged" one. Most of my account's had 15-60k on them, except one that had 80k. I think it "might" have something to do with using to many trading mules or simply too many transactions with resellers. As that's pretty much the different thing i've done other than the "usual" stuff. Went through 4 or 5 vanilla trading mules in the past month or so.
