That's why he has put computer in speech marks.

He did ask if the CPU is okay, after the original question.
So yes you are right, but he was asking about the CPU.

In answer to the OP, I think you might need something slightly better, but don't hold me on that.

3GHz P4 was listed as the bare minimum for cataclysm so you will need something slightly better as the processor wont be supported in cata to just run wow let alone bot.

That computer is enough to run one or two wow accounts with the bot. If u put more account u will have problems with some options in GB like depositing directly in the Dalaran bank.

I recomend u an multicore processor like core I5 or I7.
I have one Acer Revo with an Atom processor and i sell it ;)

Clocked at 1.6 GHz, the integrated Intel Atom 330 processor delivers plenty of power for day-to-day tasks such as web browsing, e-mail, social networking, office productivity and many other applications.
      Lets see..
      PC System Requirements

OS: Windows XP / Windows Vista (with latest Service Packs) / Windows 7

      Processor:
Minimum: Intel Pentium 4 1.3 GHz or AMD Athlon XP 1500+
Recommended: Dual-core processor, such as the Intel Pentium D or AMD Athlon 64 X2
      Memory:
Minimum: 512 MB RAM (1GB for Vista users)
Recommended: 1 GB RAM (2 GB for Vista users)
      Video:
Minimum: 3D graphics processor with Hardware Transform and Lighting with 32 MB VRAM Such as an ATI Radeon 7200 or NVIDIA GeForce 2 class card or better
Recommended: 3D graphics processor with Vertex and Pixel Shader capability with 128 MB VRAM Such as an ATI Radeon X1600 or NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT class card or better
Sound: DirectX-compatible sound card or motherboard sound capability
So yea its just enough to run wow..
