Good mining/herbing run for Twilight Highlands

I have been using Tony's V3.5 High end Alliance run but have noticed other people taking the same path as me at the same exact height (they were boting as well) soo all my herbs and ores are being taken and im just pretty much following them while they take everything in front of me, so im looking for a better run.

 

Use MapGen, make your own Profil, much safer.

 

yaaa i wanted to make my own but never have, so i dont know what to do, wtf is mapgen?

 

i really did not know you could claim herbs and ores, can you tell me how to put your name on them so i can fly over next time
