Got banned for 72h

Hello buddies,
I've using honorbuddy for 1 month, and botting for 6h/per day.
I monitored my bot everytime (too afraid he got stuck somewhere)
I wanted to try the bgbuddy but after my bg I got disconnected and a few seconds later I received a mail from blizzard which said that they detected my 3rd party software in battleground.
They gave me a 72h ban and the next time it will be permanent....

So I would like to know if I can continue to use my honorbuddy to farm (bones on nagrand), do my dailies and manage my garrison etc..
Should I wait 1 week, 1 month ? Before using honorbuddy again
Or is it too late ?
Am I on the red list and next time I use honorbuddy they will be alert and ban my account forever ?

It depends, you can ALWAYS be permabanned after that 72h ban for anything small like harassment, doing nasty things on trade chat, etc...

Someone told me a month ago that they have "people" checking once in a while active accounts that has been banned, but i'm NOT sure about this.
What i can tell you is that if your account is really important to you, don't bot, simple.

After my ban, I just want to bot again with my main account. The bot can do the "dirty jobs" (questing, lvling, dailies etc..) and that's wonderful. So yeah, I might be in trouble if they checked once in a while lol.
My bot has been doing dailies for months and nothing happens. Use the bot once in the battleground once (to see what he does) and BANNED, so unlucky.
