got banned on secondary account just a few mins ago. i was using gb2 mega route for ores and herbs in pandaria, logme out etc plugins. just got some ores and herbs nothing much, this goat never went to ah and i was mostly supervising it. i only farm once a month just to full my bags and sent materials to my other main acc. the funny thing is when i opened my email i receved this: he status of your Customer Support ticket #36007854 has changed to "Answered." This is the latest response from Customer Support: No Response Posted What does the ?Answered? status mean? - A ticket in ?Answered? status means that a Customer Support representative has provided an answer to your ticket. i never got the chance of apealing just went to my mail to see what they sent me. are they crazy?
I was sent the same ticket status notification after my 72h suspension and was as confused about it as you, since I was denied access to the mysterious ticket in my battle(.)net account:
i wrote them a really dramatic letter about a health prob (not a lie) but they remain firm to their descision. so i dont think i ll renew the account. after all i botted with that acc once a month just for a few ores and flowers for personal use. they can shove it in their .... with the 3m account lost this year.
They won't respond to any of your tickets about botting infractions unless its a perm-ban, even then once you weasel your way out and get a 72 hour ban they won't tell you the actuall ban expires unless you're really lucky when i appealed my most recent perm ban all tickets where responded to within 4 hours untill i got slapped with a 72 hour ban then they didn't reply to me for 3 days...
I wonder what will happen if i tell them that this is my botting account i ll continue botting with it because thats why im paying the subscription, and if you dont want my money you can always close it i dont give a ....
