I tried to fight the ban but was told there is no way I am getting it back. I got the same thing using a different gathering profile in the different zones, after 5 days of gathering, it got banned, same response. When I appealed it and said I didnt use hacks, a GM responded to the appeal with the same response but added botting to the lists of benefits. So I'm guessing their watching gathering pretty hard.
My other account got banned this morning and I am fighting it. I very rarely botted on the account anymore and if I did I was right there. The email I got from them was really weird though. I will post it when I have fought my batter at 1pm est. It's on like Donkey Kong! BTW I think its pretty obvious what they are doing. Banning while a sale is on... I wonder....
