First offence on a brand new account that got hit with the ban wave early last week. Just got it off the ban today, I put in two tickets the first got no response but one of those shitty auto generated ones. Second time they sent me this... I pretty much just raged to them about how mad I was for getting banned for something I didn't do. And I said how I can understand that I may look like a bot because all I do is use this alt account to gather materials for my main account. Which is exactly right, and since both accounts are under the same name and I had them RAF I guess going back over it helped my case. I'm still working on getting my D3 account back pretty much playing the same game with them there.
