Got problems with the bot can anyone help me plz

Hey i just purchased hearthbuddy and got problems atm i start the program and all but as fast as i start it it says. If anyone can help me it would be great

I do have the same issue
Downloaded Hearthbuddy and unzipped it, opened Hearthstone + Hearthbuddy
Select the Profile and put the Key in
It opens Heartbuddy but after few seconds it pops this Window

Hey working now but feels bad that i buy aproduct from you and it takes 2 days to fix it used the bot for 1 day payed for 3 is it any possibilities to prolong my key?
