Something smells really bad.. been using honorbuddy with 3 accouns for months, 2 weeks ago got 3 perma, today started using gatherbuddy on new account and just after 1 fcking hour got suspended.. wtf..
Most likely you're IP or MAC (depending on your set-up) is flagged... or very piss poor luck..? Sorry to hear!!
Not 100% sure but I've heard that and possible HD ID - "If" they do, I would assume it would be only for deep investigations.. So much guessing with this crap.

Cant find the post, but think it was hawker who says they track hdd serial number. Changing mac address does pretty much NOTHING
I've never read about them tracking hdd serial, but if so this could be handy: http://hard-disk-serial-number-changer.softonic.com/ The only real problem would be if they track windows id number. That one is a real pain in the ass to change, I think.
I forgot to say last time i had 3 suspensions, one of the accounts survived and after just 1 day of use it was baned.. so they are tracking something FOR SURE..
I am 99% sure they are tracking hardware ID. That can be lot of things, not just HD. They can make ID based on whole hardware configuration, it can be ID based on montherboard, ID based on HD... I am sure for one thing, every WOW client have unique ID and I belive that cant be changed even if you reinstall windows. This was used for some other non steam games. When you install NON steam game, new installation generate unique ID based on whole hardware config. This was used by admins to ban cheater on NON steam, because they was avoid bans just with reset IP. I am pretty sure that we all have UNIQUE ID with their WOW client.
Yeah I think that too. We can change MAC ID, hdd serial number and our Ip with relative ease. Changing windows SID is doable too, though it requires a little time and is not something that I would do every day, max once per week. CPUid is not changeable at all, but it is shared through all the same proccesors. They can't ban for that at all. I don't bot wow (yet), but in D3 you are assigned a d3 id each time you login. While I don't know how they do assign this id, it seems pretty random and is different each time you log as far as I've seen. If there are other ways to identify our system, or if there is some hidden (or not so hidden) id inside wow/d3 files that relate that version to your specific hardware setup, I don't know. I'm srry for all the bans for you fellow botters!. I'm sure as soon as 5.2 is up they'll turn their gaze upon d3 and that will be terrible, since we've been having no bans at all for well over a month. When they drop the hammer, the crying on our forum will be legen.....wait for it...
need to focus more on what they are tracking once the eye on sauron is on you.. if that is indeed how they work.. cuz they cant ban you if you werent botting else their be alot of ppl banging down their door.
Not really, hes been caught deal with it. iv been botting for 10 years, everyday! no bans! 10hours each day! its your donald duck! hes been flagged , player report, shit profile. too many factors! hb team dont have time to sit around replying to all this crap! its in there best interest to keep this program undetectable and they will do that for there customers!
