      Hello,

      I have tried everything to fix this error but have failed. Did a complete re-install, deleted the caches, restarted the computer. I am running on windows 8, so there should be .net framework with the OS since it wont let me install it manually. It says

      Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 is already a part of this operating system. You do not need to install the .NET Framework 4.5 redistributable.

      Same or higher version of .NET Framework 4.5 has already been installed on this computer.

      I did uninstall c++ and re installed it. I also tried installing with the installer. but at the end of the day i still get this error. Please help as i am fresh out of ideas.

      Hi, Misternamez, and thanks for the log.

      Your problem appears to be issue HB-1342 on the '.752 Known Bugs List. From the log,it appears that Enyo is aggravating the problem.

      We've added your data point to the bug report. At the moment, we know of no work-around for this problem.

      Hi Chinajade,

      I am not sure if this is correct but, this does not cause my wow client to close. Nothing closes just HB Freezes. It works fine of DX9, was working fine on DX11 yesterday.

      running in dx9 would probably help. as to why its not working in dx11 mode. i have no idea, but we offer both because sometimes its an issue. so use dx9 mode.
