Grind for Dampnet Osprey in Jade OR Vale Strider in Vale of Eternal Blossoms Please

I know motes of Harmony can drop off any mobs, but if you want to believe wowhead. These mobs are have the best drop rate. I'd try to make my own profile, but have never been able to figure it out.
