I see a few posts where people mentioned their keys being used from another region. I just started getting this as well. I have never shared my key with anyone, or posted it anywhere. My computer is super secure. My buddyauth password is a long random string of characters. When I log into buddyauth after getting the "your key is being used in another region", I see it was last used in China. I am in North America. Has any security audit been performed to check if the database containing the keys has been compromised?
Of course I have already requested that. But this other user had that done without any luck: It could be that his local machine has been compromised, or it could be that the perpetrator has gained access to the buddyauth servers themselves. Just want to check if due diligence is being performed.
Also, even if its a simple matter to change the keys, if I was them, I would want to know how these keys are getting out into the wild. Could be anything from hackers to disgruntled employees. It's always better to know.
