Should I resend email? It's been 2 days

So after about 2 minutes of posting this I got an email saying it wasn't the correct place to send an email.

I try to open ticket and can't logon to account and cannot find the proper email to send appeal to. Does anyone have it?

this should help you, a ban overturn i did years ago, told them i was pressing 1 macro myself for 18+ hours

      Greetings Andrew!

This is a notification regarding the World of Warcraft account x you are using. It appears that the game client on your computer system may be affected by unauthorized third party software or add-ons, resulting in character behavior extraordinary to conventional game play. Please be sure to review any software or add-on which may be in violation of the World of Warcraft Terms of Use and remove them from your computer system. Please be advised that World of Warcraft runs and performs optimal as designed without any supplemental software or add-ons.

At this time, I have overturned the ban on your account and requested 6 days of compensation time. However, please be aware that non-participation in Battle Grounds is against current game policies, and using macros to avoid being flagged AFK can result in suspension or account closure if continued.

If you are experiencing any issues impacting your World of Warcraft characters, please be sure to contact our in-game Player Relations team, our Tech Support Department, or your computer hardware manufacturers immediately. Please visit the official World of Warcraft Community site at (Battle.net Support) for contact information of the different World of Warcraft support departments.

Any further recorded deviations of character behavior in violation of the Terms of Use may result in repercussions up to and including account closure as outlined in the World of Warcraft Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment:World of Warcraft Terms of Use) and/or the World of Warcraft Exploitation Policy (Exploitation Policy - Battle.net Support).

Any disputes or questions concerning this account issue can only be addressed by Account Administration. To learn more about how Account Administration is able to assist you, please visit us at Account Administration Overview - Battle.net Support

Thank you for your prompt attention and cooperation in this matter. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or comments you may have.

You need to write an appeal using the support ticket system. Use this link to go to the ticket creation page... the dropdown items should already be filled in, but in case they're not, you're looking for "Can't log in" and "Banned, suspended, appeal request".
