Hello! So, I just like many others recently got caught in the banwave. I knew the risks, and got my main acc banned for 6 months. When I boted, I maintained raiding and doing decent (2,3k+ handplayed) in pvp, and now I'm playing on another WoW account ON THE SAME b.net-acc. My questions are the following, if I start boting on this current active account, while also playing the (now banned) main acc when that one is back. Would that be...sustainable? Having bot and main acc on the same b.net acc? If Blizzard banns one, will they ban the other? There might not be an answer, but I hope to see some experiences being shared. Love Zerillion
no im in the same boat as you, they only ban the account thats doing bad things haha so if u have a account on same battle net u keep all your pets mounts blah blah win win
Each account is treated as a seperate entity, so they each have their own suspension periods, etc. As long as you keep your main account clean (and I mean clean, not 'oh, I just ran HonorBuddy once...'), you'll be perfectly fine. However, they do flag repeat offenders for quick review - so just be aware of that if you have multiple suicide botters on one account.
Nope but I can assure you if one account it banned for botting they will flag the others and keep an eye on them
Thank you for the fast and quality replys. Honorbuddy community delivers, as always. I consider myself a safe botter, yes I know there is no such thing, but before this event it was working well for a long time.
Is it not possible to claim the account being boted on is my room mates or GFs? Since it's on different names anyway.
